Admission

  • Read the prospectus carefully before filling up the Registration cum Admission form
  • Candidates from UGC recognized Universities can apply for the course. Unless otherwise decided by the University to exclude Graduation examination of any recognized University, graduation examination conducted by various UGC recognized Universities are recognized for the purpose of admission to this program. The decision of the University will be final and binding.
  • Application complete in all respects should be submitted at approved ELC of the University only. (visit www.niamindia.org or http://www.mduiip.net/mdu_static/Info/study_center.html  for updated list)
  • On the reverse side of the demand draft, the following particulars need to be written for safe accounting :

  • Candidates are required to submit duly attested original documents and photocopies (Gazetted Officer) only of the certificates.
  • Application forms incomplete in any respect and without the requisite fee will be summarily rejected and admission if granted on false information provided by the candidate will be cancelled.
  • Application Forms received after the last date specified will not be entertained.
  • The University reserves the right to make any changes to the course and fee structure.
  • For all legal matters the jurisdiction is restricted to the court at Rohtak only.
  • Fee once submitted in favor of University is not refundable under any circumstances.
Examination

  • There will be semester system of examinations. Semester end examinations will be held in the months of December / January and May / June or on the dates fixed by University from time to time.
  • The student has to deposit examination fee as per University norms.
  • The examination centers will be fixed by the University subject to the availability of a minimum number of candidates at the centers.
  • Every candidate shall be examined according to the scheme of examination and syllabus prescribed by the University from time to time.
  • It is compulsory to have 75% attendance in the theory classes to be eligible for the external examination conducted by the University.
On-the-Job Training
  • NIAM shall provide two On-the-Job Training opportunities to the students during the entire course.
  • Students appearing in interview/s, if selected must join the company on the given date and inform NIAM in writing.
  • In case On-the-job Training is arranged by the student he/she would be required to inform the Placement Officer / Coordinator of NIAM in writing and should submit the offer letter within 15 days of joining the organization. However self arranged on-the-job training shall be monitored by NIAM.
  • Training Diaries would be provided to the students in the beginning of 2nd semester. Students have to fill the training diary on daily basis and must submit the same along with the training report at the time of viva voce.
  • Students should not take any leave during the training days. In case they do so, they should intimate the organization and NIAM in writing.
  • It is compulsory for the students to have minimum 80% attendance during the training.
  • During the OJT, the student might get stipend. Stipend is the prerogative of the Industry / Companies. NIAM shall not be held responsible in case the Industry / Company does not pay the same due to non-performance / indiscipline or any other such reasons.
  • The monitoring of student’s performance during the training period will be examined by the respective manager of the organization and the Placement Officer / Coordinator of NIAM.
  • Training report has to be submitted as per the formats and content details given by the University. It is compulsory to clear viva-voce for the completion of the course.
